HOW NOUNS WORKS
*Anyone can submit ideas to Nouns as 'candidate proposals.' This allows you to gather feedback and vote signals on your ideas while seeking sponsorship from Nouns owners. Once sponsored, your idea can be fully proposed to the community. Currently, you need support from 3 Nouns to put a proposal up for voting.
